Colyn

Colyn is a Dutch electronic music producer and DJ that, despite his young age, has been honing his craft for over a decade. Influenced by trance legends like Tiësto, Paul Van Dyk, and Armin van Buuren, he began producing music in his teens and steadily built a unique style that bridges progressive techno with his own veneer of hop house. His breakthrough came when Tale Of Us picked up his track “Amor,” which was later released on Afterlife’s Realm of Consciousness Pt. IV compilation. The support of key figures like Mind Against, Mathame, and Joris Voorn propelled Colyn into the spotlight.

Since then, Colyn has become a core artist of the Afterlife label, releasing several acclaimed EPs including Resolve, Patterns, and Oxygen Levels Low. His music has been featured in global festivals, Tomorrowland’s official aftermovie, and playlists curated by artists like Kölsch and RÜFÜS DU SOL.

Colyn is also the creator of Unfiltered, a fan-first YouTube documentary series that offers an honest look at the realities of touring life, filmed across Latin America and beyond. Passionate about fostering meaningful connections with his audience, he seeks to break the wall between artist and fan while staying grounded in authenticity.
