RÜFÜS DU SOL

Formed in Sydney, Australia, Rüfüs Du Sol is an alternative dance group comprised of guitarist Tyrone Lindqvist, keyboardist Jon George, and drummer James Hunt

Formed in 2010, it quickly established a unique sound that earned them spots on stage at a variety of notable music festivals, including Byron Bay's Bluesfest and Splendour in the Grass, Electric Forest Festival, Mountain Sounds, Coachella, Lollapalooza Chicago, and Sydney's Field Day.

   Their debut studio album 'Atlas', dropped in August 2013, debuted at number one on the Australian Albums Chart, boasting popular singles like "Take Me" and "Desert Night". 

   Their second album 'Bloom' was a similar success, hitting the charts in 2016. Their lead single from the album, "You Were Right", not only went double platinum but also peaked at number 22 on the Australian ARIA Singles Chart.

   2018 marked a transition period for the band, as they changed their name to Rüfüs Du Sol internationally and released their third album 'Solace'. 

   Their progressive growth continued into 2021 with their fourth studio album 'Surrender'. The band is also venturing into new realms. Rüfüs Du Sol remains a testament to the power of innovation and the compelling allure of their unique sound, affirming their place in the international music scene.
