Ilios is a thematic Greek restaurant that's part of a long tradition of delicious Mediterranean cuisine.

In Ilios Playa del Carmen you will find a variety of shows such as belly dancers & fire shows.

Around 10 pm another exciting event begins every day. The famous breaking of plates where participants energetically toss plates to the ground (in this instance, into a chest), shattering them into fragments.

With each plate thrown, the crowd chants "OPA!!". The term “Opa” serves as an action word in dancing, akin to saying “Go!” or “One!” to keep in sync with the rhythm, with that same purpose, said on the beat of the tempo of traditional Greek songs designed for team dancing.
