SET Underground brings together the world’s finest electronic music artists to iconic music scenes in the top America locations. 

Starting in San Francisco with many years in the industry, SET Underground has expanded its party territory to other cities in the US & Mexico (Tulum, Oaxaca, Puebla). Today you could be able to find their underground raves in places like SF / San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Miami, San Diego, Oaxaca, and of course Tulum.

Founded by Christian Pineiro, the brand best describes itself as experienced curators doing what they love best. Their focus is determined by the music they grew up with in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and now has evolved into the creation of one of the biggest party experiences. 

SET Underground has been hosting these premium jungle and cenote parties for the past 3 years in Tulum. They have built a well-earned reputation within the Tulum scene as a result of their incredible international lineups, cartel artwork, stunning locations, and their distinguished event organization.

During NYE of 2025, SET Underground organized a line of parties that became part of the residency of Vagalume Tulum, remaining well into the year. This residency started on December 14 and will continue Jon anuary 25, February 8, March 15, and April 12. That first date, on December 14, brought Damon Jee, Neo Human, Kevin Ganora, Corcuera, César Eguía, Nadi Cabbad, and Pri Agüero.

Such a great start in Vagalume led to simultaneous New Year parties all around North America, with SET Underground bringing their DJs to Tulum, Los Angeles, San Diego, New York City, and Miami. The New Year's Eve party took place in Tulum at Vesica, a gorgeous space around a Cenote. The party started early, with a dinner in three courses, and was followed all night, well into the morning, by a bunch of the best DJs in the city: Bora Uzer, who played a 5 Hours Set, Christian Loffler, Deer Jade, Julia Sandstorm, Parra for Cuva and Laguna Jr.

More than a thousand people enjoyed the whole party, starting at the end of the year until the first morning of 2025. It was an exciting experience that left all attendees exhausted but elated and ready to start the year with renewed energy.
